Medical Director of Advanced Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplant Team

The University of Virginia's Division of Cardiovascular Medicine is a nationally recognized leader in clinical care, research, and teaching.
We are seeking an Associate Professor or Professor for the Medical Director role of our Advanced Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplant group.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Advanced Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplant team to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance clinical services and research programs
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- MD or equivalent degree
- Board certification in Cardiology
- Proven track record in leadership and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A competitive salary range of $400,000 - $600,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
