Qualifications and Experience Required

  • A graduate or post-graduate degree in Psychology or an equivalent qualification.
  • Full registration as a Psychologist with the relevant health practitioners registration authority.
  • A valid Working with Children Check and a full Driver's License.
  • Proven ability to provide expert consultation on evidence-based practices for psychological development and intervention.
  • Familiarity with student wellbeing issues, inclusive education policies, and experience working within school environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing programs that enhance resilience in children and young people.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and school leadership.
  • Flexibility to respond to the dynamic needs of student support services.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a proactive approach to responsibilities.
