  • Proven ability to provide expert consultation on evidence-based practices for student development.
  • Familiarity with student wellbeing issues, disability inclusion policies, and experience in educational settings will be advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in initiating and implementing programs that foster resilience among children and adolescents.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and school leadership.
  • Flexibility to respond rapidly to the needs of students and support services.
  • Experience working with children and youth in educational contexts is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive approach to responsibilities.
