- Familiarity with student wellbeing issues, disability inclusion policies, and experience in educational settings will be advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in initiating and implementing programs that foster resilience among children and adolescents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and school leadership.
- Flexibility to respond rapidly to the needs of students and support services.
- Experience working with children and youth in educational contexts is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive approach to responsibilities.
