Position Summary:
We are seeking an Area Manager to oversee our Ag dealership operations. This role is pivotal in leading our sales team and managing store operations across multiple counties. The successful candidate will be responsible for both inside and outside sales efforts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team dedicated to customer care.
  • Manage store operations, including parts and service departments.
  • Oversee full P&L responsibilities, driving profitability across all departments.
  • Spend approximately 60% of time in the field with the Outside Sales Team and 40% at the store.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or Construction preferred.
  • Alternatively, 5 years of relevant business experience in agriculture and construction.

Work Environment:
This position involves both office and fieldwork, with exposure to various weather conditions. Standard office equipment will be utilized regularly.

Travel Requirements:
Occasional overnight travel may be necessary for this role.
