Descripción del Puesto: Como Terapeuta Licenciado, desempeñarás un papel fundamental en el proceso de recuperación de nuestros pacientes. Responsabilidades Clave:

- Realizar sesiones de consejería individuales y grupales utilizando prácticas basadas en evidencia.

- Colaborar con un equipo multidisciplinario para desarrollar e implementar planes de tratamiento integrales.

- Monitorear y evaluar el progreso del paciente, ajustando las intervenciones según sea necesario.

- Contribuir al éxito general del centro de tratamiento a través de la participación en reuniones de equipo y actividades de desarrollo profesional.

- Desarrollar el plan de alta del paciente/continuidad de la atención para asegurar la transición a los niveles de atención apropiados.

- Mantener una carga de pacientes (incluyendo todas las actualizaciones de gestión de casos y revisión de utilización, planificación de tratamientos y documentación clínica según sea necesario).

- Otras tareas según se asignen.

Calificaciones:

Consejero de Nivel 1 (requisitos mínimos para consideración)

- Título de Asociado.

- CAAC.

Consejero de Nivel 2 (requisitos mínimos para consideración)

- Título de Licenciatura.

- CADC.

Consejero de Nivel 3 (requisitos mínimos para consideración)

- Título de Maestría.

- CAADC, LCSW, LPC, LSW.

  • Título de Licenciatura o superior en Servicios Humanos o campo relacionado.
