Administrative Liaison for Client Success

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Liaison to join our Client Success team. In this role, you will provide critical support to the Client Relations Manager, helping to ensure the seamless delivery of services to our clients.
About the Position:
The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and experience in vendor coordination or project management. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating schedules and calendars for team members, facilitating communication across teams, maintaining accurate data records, and overseeing the allocation, maintenance, and inventory of corporate equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general administrative duties, such as document preparation, filing, proofing, editing, time management, notarizing, and other tasks that support day-to-day operations.
* Manage and coordinate schedules and calendars for team members, including organizing meetings, appointments, and events, lunch & learns with vendors.
* Facilitate communication across teams to maintain alignment, distribute information, and ensure team members have the resources they need.
* Maintain accurate data records and track expenses, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and timely documentation.
Benefits:
This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Our company offers a competitive salary of $55,000 per year, plus benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401k matching plan, paid time off, and professional development assistance.
