Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Billy Holt - State Farm Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also growing our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.
About the PositionThis is a full-time position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in customer service or sales preferred. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and provide timely responses to client inquiries.
Benefits- $40,000 - $60,000 per year salary range (depending on experience).
