Administrative Coordinator Role Overview

The Administrative Coordinator position at Crunch is a highly influential role that executes the administrative play of our gyms. This leadership position serves as an elevated Member Service Representative, guiding the team by example.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute on the MSR job description and provide guidance to the team.
  • Lead the MSR team with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Clear the pending membership queue daily to ensure seamless gym operations.
  • Review and address the Daily Delinquency report daily to maintain accurate records.
  • Analyze and respond to the RFC report daily/weekly to optimize performance.
  • Review and amend timesheets as needed to ensure accuracy and fairness.
  • Contact members who are 30/60/90 days past due to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Manage retail product inventory and ordering process to meet customer demands.
  • Order cleaning and office supplies to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Contribute valuable feedback on administrative best practices to improve team performance.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while leading a team.
