Job Summary:
Vinfen is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Outreach Team, you will provide person-centered clinical community services to adults with psychiatric conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine needs for rehabilitative services and provide leadership amongst the team.
- Provide clinical interventions, including intake, assessment, treatment planning, and oversight of treatment interventions in Group Living Environments and Supported Independent Environments.
- Train and support staff in delivering clinical evidence-based practices.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Nursing, or Applied Behavioral Analysis.
- LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, BCBA, LADC, or RN licensure in Massachusetts (or equivalent) preferred.
- Ability to become CPR and First Aid certified within defined timelines.
