We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Administrator to join our team. As a Benefits Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, while also ensuring that all benefits are administered in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer benefits to eligible employees, including health, dental, vision, and other fringe benefits
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of benefits and services
  • Stay up-to-date on changing regulations and policies related to benefits administration
Requirements:
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in typing, data entry, and navigating multiple online resources
  • Experience in Benefit Administration or Case Management
  • High quality customer service skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High standards for Reliability and Dependability
  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • Post-secondary education preferred
