Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to handle credit and collections, as well as dispute resolution, for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and resolve delinquent accounts through external collection efforts and service suspension.
  • Work with branch staff to suspend and reinstate accounts based on payment status.
  • Support collection efforts and calls for accounts receivable portfolio.
  • Document daily collections activity and research account disputes and billing discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with branch staff to resolve billing and invoicing issues.
  • Perform account and payment reconciliations.
  • Respond to credit inquiries from external and internal clients.
Requirements:
