  • Maintain consistent communication with clients through branch staff, ensuring satisfaction from initial contact through service delivery.
  • Oversee compliance with contractual obligations, ensuring all inspections and requirements are up to date.
  • Proactively address and resolve customer issues to enhance retention and satisfaction.
  • Set realistic and attainable sales and service targets for the team.
  • Motivate and guide employees to meet and exceed performance metrics.
  • Foster a collaborative and empowered team environment to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute sales and operational strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products, including fire and security alarm systems.
  • Directly supervise branch personnel, ensuring effective coordination and evaluation of all operational units.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the fire and security protection sector is essential.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, including training, team development, and effective customer interaction.
  • Ability to set and achieve ambitious sales, service, and profit objectives.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and reporting capabilities.
  • Proficiency in typing and familiarity with MS Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in internal communications.
  • Fluency in English is required.
