Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service they receive.
  • Lead and manage a team of service technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service department efficiency and productivity.
