Logistics Courier

Routewise Logistics is seeking a skilled Package Delivery Associate to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a company-provided delivery vehicle to transport packages to residential and commercial locations within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Packages: Safely and efficiently operate a company-provided delivery vehicle to transport packages to residential and commercial locations within the assigned area.
• Optimize Routes: Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate package deliveries while maximizing efficiency.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional customer service by delivering packages with care and a positive attitude.
• Load and Unload Packages: Load and unload packages, ensuring they are securely handled to prevent damage.
• Utilize Technology: Utilize scanning technology and electronic devices to track and record delivery information.
• Adhere to Safety Regulations: Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the delivery vehicle.
• Maintain Vehicles: Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues or discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
• Lifting Ability: Lift up to 150 pounds or physically lift up to 50 Lbs boxes.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with GPS Devices: Familiarity with GPS devices and mapping applications.
• Flexibility: Flexibility to work varied shifts.
• Experience: Prior experience in package delivery or a related field is preferred. Freshers with valid driving license can also apply.
