Role Summary

The Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a crucial role as the initial point of contact for potential clients seeking services from Navi Nurses. This position is designed for a proactive and customer-focused individual who excels in providing outstanding service and sales assistance to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assess client needs and provide relevant information regarding care options through various communication channels.
  • Document accurate client information and schedule appointments for RN Navigators.
  • Utilize established sales protocols to enhance client conversion and satisfaction.
  • Assist the business development team in identifying potential partnership and client opportunities.
  • Achieve individual performance metrics and contribute to team objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Adapt to new policies and procedures as the organization evolves.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in inbound sales or customer support.
  • Familiarity with various software tools, including:
    • Hubspot
    • Google Suite
    • Outlook
    • ConnecTeam (preferred)
    • CharmEMR (preferred)
    • DialPad (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare environment is advantageous.

Additional Skills

  • Strong customer service abilities with effective communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills to leverage sales scripts for exceptional client experiences.
  • Proficient in data entry and online software navigation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.

Work Environment

  • Flexible work schedule with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
  • Opportunity for hybrid work arrangements after training.

Compensation Structure

  • This role is a 1099 contract position with potential for employment based on performance.
  • Base pay ranges from $20-$25 per hour, with additional performance-based incentives.
