Key Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with customers to recommend suitable products and services
  • Cultivate essential client relationships, effectively negotiating and closing sales
  • Prepare accurate sales proposals that facilitate seamless transitions to the installation team
  • Conduct measurements and document specifications to ensure precise installations
  • Compile comprehensive material lists to support efficient project execution
  • Maintain clear communication with the parts department, installation coordinators, and crews
  • Empower customers with thorough knowledge of our offerings and pricing
  • Develop expertise in the local market to understand customer needs
  • Assist in setting ambitious sales targets and propose strategic growth initiatives

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends to meet customer needs
  • Capability to climb ladders and work in elevated areas
  • Comfort working in attics and confined spaces
  • Ability to operate in various weather conditions

Qualifications:

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent ability to establish customer rapport and drive repeat business
  • Goal-oriented mindset
  • Flexibility to adapt work hours to meet organizational demands
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Clear background check and successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening
  • Energetic, positive attitude with self-motivation

Experience and Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in HVAC or home services
