Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our Customer Happiness Team as a Customer Experience Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive and memorable experience at our facility in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that our customers feel welcomed and supported throughout their visit.
  • Maintain a fun, friendly, and happy environment that promotes a sense of community and connection.
  • Converse with the community, answer questions, and provide information about our services and offerings.
  • Be on time and reliable, with a strong commitment to meeting your responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Learn and effectively use our client management software and point of sale system.
  • Prepare and serve ayurvedic beverages at the Tea & Tonic Bar.
  • Answer the phone at our front desk and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage client experience of therapeutics, including scheduling and preparing sessions, and operating equipment.
  • Prepare float sessions, including escorting clients to the float lounge and float room, cleaning float tanks, and monitoring levels.
  • Maintain a clean facility, including cleaning float rooms, mopping up wet floors, and performing other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer experiences.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Mission-driven and passionate about making a positive impact in the world.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Comfortable meeting and conversing with new people, with a strong ability to adapt to different personalities and situations.
  • Knowledge of health and wellness, with a strong ability to communicate effectively about our services and offerings.
  • Eager to learn and take on new challenges, with a strong commitment to growth and development.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of $25.
