Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our Customer Happiness Team as a Customer Experience Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive and memorable experience at our facility in Austin, TX.
Responsibilities- Ensure that our customers feel welcomed and supported throughout their visit.
- Maintain a fun, friendly, and happy environment that promotes a sense of community and connection.
- Converse with the community, answer questions, and provide information about our services and offerings.
- Be on time and reliable, with a strong commitment to meeting your responsibilities and deadlines.
- Learn and effectively use our client management software and point of sale system.
- Prepare and serve ayurvedic beverages at the Tea & Tonic Bar.
- Answer the phone at our front desk and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage client experience of therapeutics, including scheduling and preparing sessions, and operating equipment.
- Prepare float sessions, including escorting clients to the float lounge and float room, cleaning float tanks, and monitoring levels.
- Maintain a clean facility, including cleaning float rooms, mopping up wet floors, and performing other tasks as needed.
- Experience in customer service, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer experiences.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Mission-driven and passionate about making a positive impact in the world.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Comfortable meeting and conversing with new people, with a strong ability to adapt to different personalities and situations.
- Knowledge of health and wellness, with a strong ability to communicate effectively about our services and offerings.
- Eager to learn and take on new challenges, with a strong commitment to growth and development.
- A competitive hourly rate of $25.
- A flexible schedule of 20-40 hours per week, depending on the needs of the facility.
