Job Summary

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise in a professional and courteous manner.



Key Responsibilities


  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work effectively in a team environment, communicating regularly with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Use sound judgment and discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential information
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, as well as any changes or updates to services and products offered by the dealership
  • Perform other duties as required, including administrative tasks and data entry


Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:




  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college or vocational training preferred


Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $40,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
