In your role as a Client Advisor, you will curate a world-class automotive retail experience by carefully assessing the desires and requirements of your clients in the sales department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships to cultivate a loyal clientele
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to assist customers in selecting their ideal vehicle by asking insightful questions and actively listening
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance on vehicle options and pricing
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills to become an authority on our offerings, including optional packages and the latest technologies
  • Collaborate with the Sales Management team to provide accurate quotes and explain financing alternatives
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and performance reviews
  • Utilize the CRM system to follow up with potential clients, schedule appointments, and manage communications throughout the day
  • Conduct high-quality, professional demonstrations of new vehicles
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
  • Learn to navigate objections and excel in sales scenarios
  • Bring a positive attitude and your best effort to work each day
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by management
  • Uphold high ethical standards in all interactions
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in automotive sales
  • Experience in a highline dealership is preferred
  • Familiarity with BMW products is a plus
  • Availability for flexible hours and weekends
  • Self-motivated and ambitious mindset is preferred
  • Eager to learn about products and improve skills
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues
  • Professional and well-groomed appearance
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Experience with CDK is a plus
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is preferred
  • Strong follow-through and customer service abilities
  • High attention to detail

COMPENSATION:

The Client Advisor position features a pay structure that includes a base hourly wage ranging from $16.00. Additionally, commission compensation is available based on the value of closed sales, with no upper limit on earnings based on performance. There may also be production bonuses tied to individual or team achievements.

  • Monthly Pay Range: $2,773 - $17,000
