Position Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Repair Specialist to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with the Service Advisor to ensure customers are informed about any additional services required.
  • Provide accurate estimates of time needed for repairs.
  • Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Perform tasks outlined in the repair order efficiently and in compliance with dealership policies.
  • Conduct test drives and assess components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized equipment.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.

Qualifications

  • ASE Certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Technician is required.
  • A-level qualifications in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of new vehicle technologies.
  • A proactive and hardworking attitude in a team setting.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • A positive and friendly demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
  • A willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Capacity to learn new technologies, repair methods, and specifications.
  • Proficient in operating electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
