Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients within our target demographic through various methods, including door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Participate in adjuster meetings.
  • Conduct sales presentations, perform roof evaluations, or coordinate inspections with project managers, and finalize contracts.
  • Facilitate payment collection from clients as necessary and submit jobs for construction.
  • Maintain client relationships and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to set and meet goals by generating new business, building networking connections, and applying effective strategies in the roofing sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Willingness to engage in door-to-door sales.
  • Positive demeanor with a passion for meeting and interacting with new individuals.
  • Experience in face-to-face sales and a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Prior experience in roofing is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
