  • Establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers in the residential roofing industry

  • Collaborate with Estimators and negotiate contract terms
  • Track and report on the status of proposals
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Current and valid driver's license
  • Highly motivated and willing to assume accountability for generating new business
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships quickly and work effectively across internal teams
  • High level of professionalism and business acumen

What We Offer:

  • Minimum weekly pay of $844 (drawn from commissions) with additional commissions paid the first week of the month following closed sales
  • $60,000 - $180,000 average earning potential
