We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Roofing Sales Leader. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for canvassing for your own leads, selling, and helping to recruit, train, and manage your sales team.

Your primary goal as a team lead is to sell as many roofs as possible while delivering an exceptional customer experience and leading your sales team to success by example.

Responsibilities

As a Roofing Sales Leader, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting, training, and managing your sales team
  • Setting sales goals and tracking the progress of your sales team
  • Developing sales strategies to increase and improve sales
  • Motivating the sales team
  • Providing guidance and support to your team
  • Maximizing sales revenue and increasing customer satisfaction
  • Leading by example
  • Building relationships and establishing trust with potential and existing clients
  • Finding opportunities to build relationships with other businesses for future business opportunities
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous roofing sales experience
  • A valid driver's license
  • Reliable means of transportation
  • Proven leadership skills
  • A competitive and winning attitude
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills
  • Extraordinary people skills and relationship builder

  • Able to canvass for your own leads (in-person door-to-door sales)

  • Ability to climb a ladder and safely walk on a roof
  • LLC set-up (prior to starting with Linear Roofing)

Job Type

Pay

The salary for this role is $125,000.00 per year.

License/Certification

A driver's license is required.

Ability to Commute

You must be able to commute to Kansas City, MO.

Ability to Relocate

You will need to relocate to Kansas City, MO before starting work.

This is an in-person role.
