As a key member of our commercial roofing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our field service projects, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

### Key Responsibilities

* Conduct daily safety briefs with the sales rep, customer, and WTI crew to ensure a safe working environment
* Inspect equipment and tools, identify safety concerns, and complete daily hazard analysis forms
* Manage project communication, including weekly and daily schedules, scope of work, and daily tasks
* Ensure efficient project management, including start and end times, production rates, and tool and material availability
* Complete end-of-day and end-of-project walk-throughs to ensure quality repairs and address any issues
* Maintain professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services
* Order, track, and monitor inventory, and complete quarterly cycle counts
* Review pricing accuracy for field service projects over $5,000 and submit projects over $20,000 to the WTI supervisor
* Manage and document performance of field resource reps and take corrective measures as needed

### Requirements

* Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry
* Thorough knowledge of built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and steep slope roofing systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
