Position Overview

Peraton is in search of a Senior Technical Writer & Travel Coordinator to enhance our ARCYBER initiatives.

In this capacity, you will contribute to the ARCYBER teams' endeavors in evaluating, designing, acquiring, and executing solutions for sensor networks and systems, aimed at supplying data to Gabriel Nimbus (GN) for defensive operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the planning, coordination, integration, synchronization, and execution of CDS team operations within the G36 directorate.
  • Support the formulation of government-developed and maintained Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Tactical Techniques and Procedures (TTPs).
  • Assist in crafting reports and correspondence for senior Military and Government officials, as necessary for all assignments.
  • Provide necessary documentation to uphold ARCYBER's certification and accreditation as a Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) for all tasks.
  • Act as the Travel Coordinator, responsible for managing and overseeing travel arrangements for the CDS team (6 personnel). Ensure that travel requirements are met efficiently and cost-effectively while adhering to government travel standards.
Qualifications:

Required:
  • At least 12 years of experience with a BS/BA; 10 years with an MS/MA; or 7 years with a Ph.D. Consideration will be given to candidates with a high school diploma and 16 years of experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in managing both CONUS and OCONUS travel logistics for 6 personnel, ensuring compliance with contract expectations.
  • Familiarity with various forms of written communication, including project management plans, SOPs, status reports, and briefings.
  • Experience in reviewing content for completeness, accuracy, and language correctness, revising documents to meet established standards of style and precision.
  • Current understanding of cyber security technologies and trends.
  • Expertise in Army cyber technologies, including relevant systems and tools.
  • Knowledgeable in diverse areas such as threat analysis, cyber assessments, forensic and malware analysis, virtualization, and information security policy and processes.
  • Willingness and capability to undertake domestic TDYs to Government sites, with potential OCONUS travel.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • DoD TS SCI clearance with Polygraph and the ability to obtain MEAD clearance.

Target Salary Range:

$112,000 - $179,000. This range reflects the typical salary for this position based on experience and other factors.
