The ideal candidate will oversee all facets of a diverse IT project or multiple IT projects, typically encompassing various disciplines within the IT sector. At advanced levels, you may utilize scrum master methodologies in Agile development practices. Supervise the daily operations of technicians and/or production teams, establishing priorities to ensure task completion and coordinating work activities with other supervisors. Your decisions will be informed by policies, procedures, and customer process guidelines, with oversight from management. A solid understanding and application of procedures and practices within your area, along with a general knowledge of related areas, is essential. Recognize how your team interacts with other closely related teams to enhance efficiency. You will have supervisory responsibilities, guiding and coaching associates to meet deadlines. Use your judgment to identify and resolve daily issues, impacting service levels and the team's ability to meet quality, volume, and timeliness objectives. Your actions will be guided by local business needs and established practices, employing tact and diplomacy to exchange information and address sensitive matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the execution of single or multiple projects concurrently to ensure alignment with project goals and requirements.
  • Develop CDRLs, templates, forms, and spreadsheets as necessary to support project objectives and task processing.
  • Conduct reviews of project requirements, collaborating with clients to set delivery milestones and create communication schedules.
  • Organize and facilitate kick-off, milestone, and closeout meetings with clients.
  • Prepare and write technical documentation, presentations, and other materials in support of projects and the program.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers, managers, and clients to define and document the scope and parameters for project initiation and execution. Assign project responsibilities, timelines, and delegate phases and elements to the appropriate individuals.
  • Act as the liaison between clients, engineering teams, vendors, logistics, field technicians, and other project leads to coordinate site visits, component ordering, and bill of materials delivery.
  • Employ standard methods and procedures to track and maintain timely and complete documentation of project activities, schedule modifications, scope, and resource requirements.
  • Assist with the submission and tracking of project documentation, including outage requests, site survey planning, logistical support, security acquisition efforts, travel plans, and architecture control boards.
  • Utilize workflow processes to update project and project-related tickets in the ServiceNow ticketing tool.
  • Regularly report project progress to the client, Frame Lead, and other stakeholders, notifying them of any issues that could significantly impact schedules, costs, and scope.
  • Travel to various sites as required to fulfill project needs.
  • Support refresh requirements and other program needs as necessary.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ability to support travel as necessary to meet project objectives.
  • Minimum of four years of project management experience.
  • Generally requires a four-year degree, though additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; capable of interfacing with clients daily and articulating complex technical topics to both internal and external stakeholders with ease.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two years of hands-on hardware deployment experience supporting network, end-user, conference room, and other IT services.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must possess a current/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph.
