Assistant Meat/Seafood Manager

Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Meat/Seafood Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of meat and seafood specialists, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of product quality. Your duties will include:
• Leading and developing a team of meat and seafood specialists to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
• Maintaining a high level of product quality, including receiving, stocking, and rotating products
• Ensuring accurate inventory management and ordering to meet customer demand
• Collaborating with the Meat and Seafood Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
• Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a meat and seafood management role, preferably in a retail environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
