Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of meat and seafood associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of meat and seafood products.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of meat and seafood products, including cutting, wrapping, and labeling.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales goals and promote cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- 2+ years of experience in a meat and seafood department, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
- Strong knowledge of meat and seafood products, including cutting, wrapping, and labeling procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with associates, customers, and other departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
- Competitive hourly rate: $27.75/hour.
