Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Meat and Seafood Knowledge: Familiarity with meat and seafood products, including cuts, preparation methods, and cooking techniques.
  • Food Safety Certification: Possession of a valid food safety certification or willingness to obtain one.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
