Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Servicing Analyst to join our team at CBRE. As a Loan Servicing Analyst, you will be responsible for performing general support functions for Portfolio Managers in the servicing of multiple portfolios of commercial real estate loans.

You will conduct research and financial analysis of commercial real estate properties, loans, and portfolios, and assist with data compilation for lender decisions. You will also make presentations of analysis that will be used for investment decisions.

In addition, you will assist Portfolio Managers by performing tasks involved in monitoring the performance of assigned commercial real estate loan portfolios, provide general customer service to clients and related contacts, and prepare various monthly and quarterly reports for portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and financial analysis of commercial real estate properties, loans, and portfolios
  • Assist with data compilation for lender decisions
  • Make presentations of analysis for investment decisions
  • Assist Portfolio Managers with monitoring commercial real estate loan portfolios
  • Provide general customer service to clients and related contacts
  • Prepare various monthly and quarterly reports for portfolios

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required with a minimum of 3 years related experience
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor
  • Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees
