As a Client Support Specialist, you will be at the forefront, engaging with our customers daily to ensure their account-related issues are addressed promptly.

Your expertise in our systems and your dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences will not only help resolve user problems but also position you as a positive representative of our brand.

This remote position reports to a Customer Support Team Lead.


Your initial training period will be mandatory and conducted virtually.


To be considered, you must reside in:
Arizona, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, Tennessee, or Utah.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email efficiently.

Engage in queue-based typing tasks, which will constitute approximately 90% of your responsibilities.

Utilize Live Chat as the primary support channel in this role.

Assist customers with troubleshooting and guide them through questions related to their accounts, billing, or other transactional matters.

Independently achieve targets in Quality, Productivity, and Customer Satisfaction across email and live chat.

Stay informed about new product features and enhancements.

Identify unique customer experiences and escalate significant issues as necessary.

Who We Seek:

Availability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer needs.

A minimum of 1 year of customer-facing experience in a similar capacity (retail, hospitality, online support) is required.

Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail, including spelling and grammar.

Ability to decode conversations, identify root causes, and align on desired outcomes.

Capability to prioritize multiple requests effectively.

Familiarity with the Boundlessfellows platform is a plus.

Reliable internet connection and a personal workspace free from distractions to maintain focus on customer service.

Compensation:
$17.55 USD per hour


The hourly rate for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and location, among other factors.


In addition to the cash compensation mentioned above, all Boundlessfellows employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
