Position Overview

Haverhill Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated Client Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in orchestrating legal seminars and facilitating client-attorney interactions. Ideal candidates will possess a background in Marketing, Sales, or Communications and will be responsible for nurturing potential client relationships and overseeing the acquisition process.

The Client Engagement Specialist will be based in a designated office within the metro area, contributing to a welcoming and collaborative workplace culture. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional legal services and fostering an innovative environment where you can make a significant contribution.

Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination

  • Collaborate effectively with attorneys, marketing teams, and external vendors to plan and execute various events, meetings, and seminars.
  • Oversee all logistical elements of events, including venue selection, catering arrangements, audiovisual needs, and RSVP management.
  • Prepare and compile event materials such as presentation packets, evaluation forms, and signage, ensuring all last-minute requests are addressed.

Marketing Support

  • Partner with the marketing department to implement strategic local marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain communication with seminar attendees and follow up with prospective clients who have not yet engaged our services.
  • Support community involvement initiatives and manage relationships with charity organizations.
  • Identify social media opportunities and assist in creating engaging content.
  • Evaluate community sponsorship opportunities and manage related partnerships.

Additional Duties

  • Assist attorneys during client signing meetings and coordinate operations across various internal departments.
  • Handle client inquiries and assist in payment collection as necessary.
  • Generate reports for meetings, maintaining key performance indicators and metrics related to client engagement.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues regarding new orders or potential client needs.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and reports as required.
  • Some travel may be necessary.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficient in project management and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings or late evenings as needed.
  • Demonstrated accountability and ownership of assigned projects.
  • Ability to work independently on local events while contributing to broader team strategies.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 15 pounds.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in event planning and client-facing roles.
  • Experience within the legal sector is preferred.
