Objective
The Surgical Support Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting medical professionals during surgical and invasive procedures within an ambulatory surgery center, ensuring a sterile environment throughout each operation.

- Prepare the surgical suite and manage necessary instruments and supplies efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years in a surgical environment.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 2+ years of experience in a surgical setting.
- Experience with robotic procedures (specific locations only).
- Experience in urogynecology (specific locations only).
- Current Surgical Technician Certification.
