Job Overview

Compensation: Starting at $17 - $18 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Addressing client inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Providing comprehensive information about our services and products.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to enhance customer service strategies.
  • Reviewing client accounts and transactions to address concerns effectively.
  • Engaging with clients through various communication channels, including in-person, email, and phone.
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves (administrative skills are a plus).
  • Monitoring and assessing client satisfaction levels.
  • Escalating issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service (experience in the home building sector is preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
