As a Lead Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of service. You will be part of a collaborative team that values cross-training and professional growth, contributing to our success in delivering quality healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome and register patients warmly, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately.
2. Develop and manage the weekly schedule for Patient Service Representatives.
3. Address patient inquiries regarding appointments, preparation for procedures, and insurance matters.
4. Liaise with Radiologists and referring physicians to resolve any issues that may arise.
5. Handle complaints from patients, colleagues, or vendors with professionalism and care.
6. Provide training and support to new team members as required.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
1. A High School Diploma or GED.
2. Proficient computer skills at an intermediate to advanced level.
3. Strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills.
4. A background in delivering outstanding customer service.
5. Familiarity with medical terminology and prior experience in a medical or radiology office is preferred.
Compensation:
Competitive pay rate of USD $21.00 per hour.
Work Schedule:
Morning shifts available.
Schedule Details:
Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
