Family practice in Santa Barbara is looking for a medical receptionist to join their team This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and gain extensive front office experience in the healthcare industry ENTRY-LEVEL CANDIDATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY

Pay: $23/hour
Required- FLUENT in Spanish is required.
- Prefer front office reception experience.
- Customer Service experience.
- Coordinates patient care and flow
- Answers phones
- Greets patients upon arrival
- Schedules appointments
- Completes all appropriate consent forms, and provides patient education and referral materials
- Ensures that e-prescribing tasks and all assigned tasks in EHR are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintains EHR records accurately following policies and procedures.
- Completes tasks in case management system on a daily basis.
