We are currently seeking a full-time Office Administration Specialist for our Ida Grove location. This role may require travel to our satellite offices as needed. The position entails a work schedule of 32-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Compensation:

Salary ranges from $16.23 to $18.35 based on experience.

Role Responsibilities:

The primary focus of this position is to fulfill the responsibilities of a receptionist, which includes:

  • Processing new client intakes
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Providing support to all team members
  • Managing funding applications
  • Verifying insurance details
  • Collecting and applying client payments to accounts
  • Ensuring confidentiality in managing medical records and handling requests for disclosures

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Medical Office setting
  • Proficient Computer Skills
  • Valid Driver's License and Insurance

Preferred Skills:

Being bilingual is advantageous, though not mandatory.
