Job Title: Residential Sales Representative Part-Time with Commissions

Stupp Fiber is a leading provider of high-speed internet services, dedicated to delivering exceptional connectivity solutions to residential customers. As a Part-Time Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, engaging with potential and existing customers to promote the benefits of our fiber network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with new and existing residential customers through door-to-door prospecting, cold calls, local events, and community organizations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive reputation and brand image for Stupp Fiber in the marketplace.
  • Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
  • Emphasize product features based on customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
  • Maintain customer records using automated systems.
  • Plan and participate in activities and events that promote Stupp Fiber products and services, as necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information.
  • Become an expert in the competitive environment to effectively position Stupp Fiber as the best high-speed internet choice for the assigned territory.
Qualifications:
  • Valid state-issued driver's license and meet the company standard regarding driving a company vehicle and personal vehicle for business.
  • Strong telephone and interpersonal contact skills required.
  • Willingness to have telephone conversations monitored for quality performance.
  • Must be able to follow directions and work as a team.
  • Must have knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
  • Must have knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
