Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential and existing residential customers through door-to-door prospecting, cold calls, local events, and community organizations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promote a positive reputation for Stupp Fiber in the marketplace.
  • Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
  • Emphasize product features based on customers' needs and technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
  • Maintain customer records using automated systems.
  • Plan and participate in activities and events that promote Stupp Fiber products and services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information on selling strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Become an expert in the competitive environment to effectively position Stupp Fiber as the best high-speed internet choice for the assigned territory.
Requirements
  • Valid state-issued driver's license and meet the company standard regarding driving a company vehicle and personal vehicle for business.
  • Strong telephone and interpersonal contact skills required.
  • Willingness to have telephone conversations monitored for quality performance.
  • Ability to follow directions and work as a team.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
