Job Description
This role is part of our Strategic Operations team. As an Operations Manager, you will lead the engine that turns referrals into patient care. You'll build and manage a team responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient patient journey from referral to first visit.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and optimize the patient journey from referral receipt to successful care connection
* Build and refine workflows that deliver consistent, high-quality patient experiences
* Develop frameworks for measuring and improving operational performance
* Operationalize a culture of hospitality-led support
Requirements
* 5+ years of operations management experience in healthcare preferred
* Track record of building and leading customer service teams
* Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on process improvement
* Experience using data to optimize operational performance
* SQL proficiency required
* Experience with ServiceNow preferred
* Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
* Bachelor's degree required
Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience, with up to 10% bonus possible.
