Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Manager - Healthcare to join our team in Brooklyn. As the primary support for one of our principal Partners, you will be instrumental in managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing exceptional support to both staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Partner in managing direct reports by attending 1:1s, executive team meetings, setting/prioritizing agendas, and tracking project timelines and deliverables.
  • Augment the Partner in external meetings by preparing strategic rationale, meeting goals, and stakeholder context. Join meetings to take notes and track follow-ups and next steps.
  • Serve as a sounding board and thought partner to the Partner across all topics related to the company, from day-to-day management to meeting structure to strategic vision.
  • Manage agendas, objectives, and operating cadence of executive team meetings, partnering with the Partner to ensure effective discussion.
  • Coordinate materials for meetings and manage follow-up on action items.
  • Actively participate in executive meetings to present ideas, debate other's ideas, and hold people accountable.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 4-6 years of work experience supporting executive staff in administrative functions, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Multi-tasking is essential.
  • High EQ; excellent oral and written communication skills with strong executive presence, and the ability to understand and navigate various partnerships.
  • Ability to interact collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels with confidence and clarity.
  • Skilled in distilling information into clear, actionable insights for different audiences.
  • Willingness to tackle a wide range of tasks and challenges, providing support wherever needed and demonstrating flexibility in addressing diverse needs across the organization.
  • Experience with basic financials and proficiency in ensuring accuracy when reconciling expenses.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects the value we place on our employees' contributions.
