We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic People Operations Manager to join our team at Garner Health. This role is responsible for developing and managing key people programs, including Performance Reviews, Compensation, Talent Development, Employee Experience, and DEIB.

This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days in the office per week. The ideal candidate will have a big picture and continuous improvement mindset, with excellent project management skills and analytical abilities.

The target salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $180,000.

Job Description
  • Develop and manage key people programs
  • Analyze organizational health and areas of improvement
  • Design and manage People Analytics dashboards
  • Partner on change management challenges and complex employee matters
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Data-driven and detail-oriented program owner
  • Aptitude for telling stories with data
  • Experience building and scaling processes in a rapidly evolving environment
