Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Director/Project Manager to oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation for our Multi-family division. This role is responsible for daily project operations, including scheduling and coordinating material, tools, equipment, safety accessories, subcontractors, and field personnel. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction management or other related fields, familiarity with construction management software, strong leadership qualities, and strong negotiation skills. The position requires moderate travel and the ability to manage water and waste systems in multi-family apartment housing.   • Responsible for daily project operations, including scheduling and coordinating material, tools, equipment, safety accessories, subcontractors, and field personnel.
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
  • Familiarity with construction management software
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
