Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Account Executive to join our dynamic North American Retail Field Sales team. The ideal candidate will consistently achieve or exceed retail sales goals, foster business growth in their assigned territory, and collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams, store management, and freelance teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to consistently surpass KPIs and financial objectives
  • Utilize weekly business analysis to determine opportunities for growth and generate sell-through via selling and training
  • Emulate and reinforce brand image and culture, bringing the spirit of partnership to all interactions
  • Coordinate and identify store locations best suited for retail events to maximize profitability
  • Conduct store and district trainings within the region, perform one-on-one training for individuals on an ad-hoc basis, and drive growth by leveraging consumer/sales insights
  • Adhere to company guidelines, manage budgets and expenses, and facilitate events, in-store selling, and customer relationships
Requirements
  • 5+ years of industry experience or a minimum of 2 years as a Cosmetic Account Executive or 5 years as an Account Coordinator
  • Strong administration skills, with experience working with Sephora/Ulta and Google platforms
  • Superior training and motivational abilities, with a positive attitude and resilience
  • Ability to focus and work autonomously, with effective communication skills and analysis of sales results and sales forecasts
What We Offer

Tatcha offers a competitive base salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, with eligibility for participation in the company's discretionary bonus plan based on personal performance and company results.
