Position Responsibilities
As a pivotal member of our Drug Discovery Team, you will collaborate closely with our Biology Team to advance our core drug discovery platform. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing synthetic projects with Contract Research Organizations (CROs).
- Designing and executing both low and high-throughput screening assays.
- Managing compound libraries and conducting mechanistic studies on lead compounds.
- Exploring new therapeutic areas and spearheading innovative research initiatives.

- Strong expertise in:
- Hit identification and lead optimization.
- High-throughput screening and phenotypic assay development.
- Small molecule binding affinity assessments.
- Protein-protein interaction techniques.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in proteomics and target deconvolution.
- Familiarity with next-generation drug modalities.
- Knowledge of biophysical screening methods.
- Experience in medicinal chemistry optimization.
- Background in computational drug discovery.
- Track record of advancing research to clinical application.
