About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Saint Michael's Medical Center. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest quality of pharmaceutical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, coordinate the activities of the pharmacy department to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients across various clinical settings.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement evidence-based medication therapy plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and regulatory requirements to provide expert guidance to patients and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Current state Registered Pharmacist License.
  • Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred.
  • B.S. degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
  • BLS and ACLS certification preferred.
