**Job Summary**
Baptist Health is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team in providing exceptional patient-centered care services. As a key member of our Pharmacy Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide evidence-based patient-centered pharmacy care services to patients of Baptist Health.
- Advise physicians on matters pertaining to drug usage and control within hospital locations.
- Participate in the development of continuing education programs for Pharmacy, Patient Care Services, and Medical Staff, Residents, Ancillary Staff, and Students.
- Supervise daily activities of support personnel and promote cost-effective drug use and quality patient care.
**Requirements:**
- Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
- Current Indiana Pharmacist License or eligibility for Indiana Pharmacist License.
- BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
- ACLS certification (obtained within 6 months of hire).
- 3-5 years Acute Care experience preferred.
- Completion of an ASHP accredited residency preferred.
- BCPS or other advanced certification is preferred.
