Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient profile records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Dispense medications and ensure accurate interpretation, labeling, and product selection of prescriptions.
  • Conduct thorough drug utilization reviews and provide patient counseling to ensure optimal medication use.
  • Supervise the work results of support personnel and ensure a clean and sanitary work environment.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team to drive quality efforts and adhere to standard operating procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
  • Active Pharmacist License in Ohio.
  • Effective knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, rules, and regulations related to the practice of pharmacy.
  • 2+ years of pharmacist experience.
  • Ability to work flexible shift times.
  • Proficiency in English, verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems.
