Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and optimize partnership potential.
  • Liaison between Client and Company Departments: Serve as a key point of contact between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Support Implementation Teams: Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure successful onboarding and expansion of client relationships.
  • Prepare for and Participate in Client Events: Develop and deliver presentations, and participate in client events to educate and engage with clients.
  • Ensure Timely and Meaningful Data Reporting: Provide regular data insights and reporting to clients to support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain Client Relationships: Regularly communicate with clients to monitor and enhance service levels.
  • Implement New Product Offerings: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
  • Consult on Regulatory Issues: Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance and industry developments.
  • Represent Company at Client and Industry Events: Serve as a representative of Liberty Dental Plan at client and industry events.
  • Resolve Escalated Issues: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues.
Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years' experience in account management and/or contract management, with a strong focus on the dental and healthcare industries.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and industry developments.
