As a seasoned professional, you will join Presidio's National Inside PreSales Support Team as an Inside Solution Architect. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical PreSales support services to our PreSales organization, working closely with local teams of Solution Architects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create technically accurate Bill of Materials (configurations) for supported technology and products
  • Develop PreSales Statement of Work documents and Service Pricing Documents to support Presidio service offerings
  • Design solution diagrams, collect & analyze requirements data from customers, and perform other PreSales activities in support of engineering initiatives
  • Research technical issues, answer customer questions about products, technologies, solutions, and offerings from our OEM partners
  • Provide configuration support for products and offerings from our key strategic vendors
  • Create costing options & estimates for Presidio services and product-based solutions

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2+ years experience with APC or similar solutions
  • Experience with UPS battery backup solutions
  • Professional services experience in an IT-related field such as manufacturer, VAR, IT Solution Providers
  • Knowledge of servers, networking equipment, cabling, power, and related facility infrastructure
  • Strong written skills, critical attention to detail, and a self-motivated work ethic are essential

What We Offer:

Packaged with this opportunity is an estimated annual salary of approximately $95,000-$110,000, based on location and experience.
